                Rolled Products

 Rolled Shapes include Flat, Square, A, D, 1/2 Round. Oval and 1/2 Oval. Materials include low and high carbon steel either bright or galvanized, Stainless Steel, Inconel, Phos Bronze and Titanium

 

Normal flat rolled sizes range from .005 to .125 thick and .375 wide. Temper ranges are from 1 (hard rolled) to 5 (dead soft). 

 

                              

  •               Crimped Products

     Crimped brush wire from .004 to .035 diameter. Materials include (but not limited to) Oil Tempered High Carbon High Fatigue Brush Wire, Stainless Steel and Brass

     

     

  •               Quality Assurance

    All material is constantly inspected and tested during processing. Enclosed with each shipment is a detailed certification with test results

     Packaging 

Rolled and shaped products can be packaged in oscillated coils from 50 to 250 pounds or on spools to customers specifications.

Crimped brush wire can be packaged on wooden or plastic spools or on cardboard cores.

All products are shipped strapped on heavy duty skids and stretch wrapped for maximun protection.
